3x03 - Application Anxiety
When the Harvard application arrives, Rory (Alexis Bledel) and Lorelai (Lauren Graham) arrange a dinner at an alumnus' house to get advice. Meanwhile, Lane (Keiko Agena) falls for a boy who answers her ad for rock band members and Taylor (Michael Winters) convinces Luke (Scott Patterson) to open an old-fashioned soda fountain next to the diner.
