Ted goes to see a dermatologist (Sarah Chalke) to have the butterfly tattoo he got earlier in the season removed. While there, he falls for the dermatologist, while her receptionist, Abby (Britney Spears), falls for him. At the end, his dermatologist reveals that she has an 8-year-old daughter and does not have time to date. Her only time to herself is the 2 minutes that she has for lunch. Ted takes her on a 2 minute date and tells her to call him if she is ever free in the future.
